The WDHVC is non-profit making, and any money raised throughout the year and during the Road Run is donated to charity. Since the club started, over £28,000 has been collected and distributed to local good causes; in 2025, this included Ravenswood Pet Rescue, Upwell and Outwell Age Concern Lunch Club, and Wisbech Air Cadets.
